The European Commission has published a fact sheet on tackling radicalisation through education and youth action. The fact sheet is based on an event, which was held in Paris in the wake of the terrorist attacks in France and Denmark. The participants, such as the European education ministers and the European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Tibor Navracsics agreed 'to support cross national exchange and partnerships', 'promote European values in education', and 'expansion of 'exchange opportunities for young people outside of higher education'.

Furthermore the sheet promotes the Sirius network, which is supported by ETUCE. In the network stakeholders aim to improve the situation of children and youngsters with migrant background in Europe.
