The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the new EU strategy on gender equality. The survey addresses different topics, such as women in the labour market, caring activities, violence against women and EU policy making. The consultation is open until the 21 July 2015 and social partner organisations, civil society organisations, Member States and individuals are invited to express their opinion on the most urgent inequality issues in the European Union.
