ETUCE has published the case study report “Psychological Risk and Work-Related Stress Prevention in Secondary Schools”. It describes the results of the case study in Romania, which took place in May 2015, in the course of the project “Social Partners promoting Decent Workplaces in the Education Sector.” The project is organised in cooperation with EFEE (European Federation of Education Employers) and aims to develop concrete ways of preventing psychosocial hazards and work-related stress in education.

The report gives an overview about the Romanian education system, analyses the main stressors for teachers and other education staff in Romania and presents good practice examples of how to prevent work-related stress.
